I think the first show you see by a band is often the most magical - but the very first concert EVER is something beyond that. I wanted so badly to capture the emotion I felt that night for all eternity. Yes was just amazing to me. It was nothing like anything I had experienced before.
I did not expect to be impressed by Kansas either. I didn't realize they were as proggy as they were, and I became a fan afterwards (my dad already loved them). For some reason, I thought my dad would say no when I suggested we go to this show, but I'm so glad he said yes (no pun intended).
