Skycall Totem vs Totem of the Void

First step I did was visit Dr. Boom to see what the average uptime of the Skycall Totem proc was. I only used lightning bolt.

Test 1:

Time: 1'32"
Energized: 4
43.47%

Test 2:

Time: 1'15"
Energized: 5
66.67%

Test 3:

Time: 1'52"
Energized: 4
35.71%

Total: about 47%
So, we're looking at this being up about 47% of the time. I believe this would be roughly equivalent to a static spell haste of 47 (instead of the proc of 100).

I'm working on a program to calculate theoretical damage for a CL/LBx3 rotation and just LB spam. I actually only tested at Dr. Boom with an LB spam, so the uptime can be expected to be slightly less with a CL/LB rotation, but let's ignore that for now.

With Skycall Totem I calculated 1403.34 DPS self-buffed (totems)
With Totem of the Void I calculated 1406.28 DPS self-buffed(totems)

So it appears that for my current gear at least, Totem of the Void actually is better, although only by a tiny amount.
